Shipments Policy

All our delivery costs are calculated on total weight. This includes the weight of both the products and the packaging.

No handling charges applicable. No tax on postage/carriage.
We aim to deliver to UK addresses within the next working day using Royal Mail delivery service, provided all orders are confirmed and paid for by 2:30 PM. Orders received after this deadline may not be guaranteed to be delivered by the next working day.
Delivery time to N.Ireland, Channel Is, IOM, and other remote location may vary. All items must be signed for on receipt.
All returns must be sent back to our address at your own cost and risk. It is advisable that you use recorded delivery.
Only items having manufacturing faults will be entertained for exchange or refund.
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode will determine which delivery services you will be offered.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O Boxes.
